My hobby is receiving weather satellite imagery. |

There are basically two kinds of satellites: |

those orbiting the earth at heights of around 700 to 1,200 km, |
| |
and those positioned on a geostationary orbit. |
| |
|
| |
Me, I´m
interested in the orbiting satellites. |
